Shipping Policy

Every Toast & Frame keepsake is made to order with your photo and your words, then shipped from our studio in Fremont, California. This page explains how production and delivery work so you know what to expect.
Processing & production time
Because each piece is custom-made just for you, there is a short production window before your order ships. We craft and quality- check your acrylic keepsake and typically have it ready to ship within a few business days of your order being confirmed. Production begins once your photo and toast have been finalized.
Shipping methods & carriers
We ship via trusted carriers including the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. The carrier and service level are chosen based on your destination and the size of your order to get it to you safely and on time.
Delivery estimates
Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days total, including both production and transit. These are estimates, not guarantees — once a package leaves our hands, delivery timing is in the carrier's control and can be affected by weather, holidays, and carrier delays.
Shipping costs
We charge a simple flat rate based on the size of your keepsake:

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your keepsake all the way to your door.
Delays
We work hard to ship on time. If we cannot ship your order within the time promised, we will notify you of the delay and give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund or to agree to the new shipping date. If a significant delay occurs and you no longer wish to wait, you are entitled to cancel and receive a prompt refund.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged in transit
We package every keepsake carefully, but if your order arrives damaged, we'll make it right with a free replacement. Please keep the packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery — see our Returns & Refunds policy for how to file a claim.
